We, the faithful remnant called by the Name of ๐ค‰๐ค„๐ค…๐ค„ (YAHUAH), hereby establish this covenant assembly as The FUNDamental Qahal of the Most High — an unincorporated, non-denominational, private assembly governed by Torah, Natural Law, and the Everlasting Covenant.

๐ŸŒพ OUR MISSION

  • To redeem and safeguard land for, and the personal property of, the people of ๐ค‰๐ค„๐ค…๐ค„ (YAHUAH)
  • To minister to the fatherless, poor and faithful remnant
  • To operate under the authority of the Everlasting Covenant of ๐ค‰๐ค„๐ค…๐ค„ (YAHUAH), Torah and Natural Law
  • To prepare a place of refuge and righteousness for future generations
  • To seek out and recover His lost sheep
  • Shine the light given to us so as to be a light to the nations

⚖️ GOVERNANCE STRUCTURE

Chief Steward: Harvey Lee Lane Searcy
Authority: Administered under divine calling and covenant witness
Elder Selection: Added only through testimony, covenant commitment, and spiritual witness

This assembly operates as a private covenant community, not subject to corporate structures or denominational hierarchies, but accountable directly to ๐ค‰๐ค„๐ค…๐ค„ (YAHUAH) through His eternal Torah.

  • Scripture Authority: The ืืช CEPHER as preserved Word
  • Calendar Observance: Hebrew lunar-solar calendar with proper appointed times

  • Torah Lifestyle: Following all 613 mitzvoth as applicable
  • Natural Law: Living in harmony with Creation's design
  • Covenant Community: Mutual support and accountability
