๐️ The FUNDamental Qahal of the Most High
"Gathered not by decree, but by covenant."
Establishment & Declaration
On October 8, 2025, at 3917 Holliday Road, Dallas, Texas, a remnant assembly was established — The FUNDamental Qahal of the Most High.
It stands as a fully unincorporated, non-denominational, private covenant body, governed solely by Torah, Natural Law, and the Everlasting Covenant of ๐ค๐ค๐ค ๐ค (Yahuah).
This Qahal is not a church, not a corporation, and not an institution of the world.
It is a gathering of the called-out ones — those who have heard the Shepherd's voice and responded in obedience to His covenant.
Our Purpose
We labor in faith to:
- Redeem and safeguard land for the people of Yahuah
- Minister to the fatherless, the poor, and the faithful remnant
- Operate under private covenant, apart from secular jurisdiction
- Prepare a place of refuge and righteousness for generations to come
- Seek out and recover the lost sheep of the House of Yashar'el
- Shine the light that has been entrusted to us — as a light to the nations
Our Governance
The Qahal is administered by the Chief Steward,
Harvey Lee Lane Searcy,
Servant of the Most High and Covenant Trustee.
Elders and helpers shall be added only through testimony, covenant, and spiritual witness — never by worldly appointment or incorporation.
All matters of the Qahal are to be handled within the body of believers, by the elders and stewards, according to the Word and Spirit of Yahuah — not civil courts.
Our Covenant
Membership in the Qahal is by private covenant only.
There is no registration with the state, no license of man, and no reliance on Babylonian, Roman, or Greek frameworks.
Each covenant member is a living witness to the sovereignty and faithfulness of Yahuah.
Declaration
"We proclaim Yahusha as Redeemer, Torah as our standard,
and Yahuah as our everlasting King."
May this Qahal serve as both a refuge and a light,
restoring truth, righteousness, and order among His people.
