๐Ÿ“œ TORAH READING FOR ETHANIM 26, YEAR 6027

(OCTOBER 17, 2025)

According to the Scriptures (ืืช Cepher)

๐Ÿ“… Sunset to Sunset: October 16, 2025 – October 17, 2025

๐Ÿ“– PRIMARY READING — BERESHIYTH (GENESIS) 5:1–32 & CHANOK (ENOCH) 1–2

๐Ÿ“œ BERESHIYTH 5:1–32 — The Book of Generations

1. This is the book of the generations of Adam. In the day that Elohiym created man, in the likeness of Elohiym made He him;

2. Male and female created He them; and blessed them, and called their name Adam, in the day when they were created.

3. And Adam lived a hundred and thirty years, and begat a son in his own likeness, after his image; and called his name Sheth.

4. And the days of Adam after he had begotten Sheth were eight hundred years: and he begat sons and daughters:

5. And all the days that Adam lived were nine hundred and thirty years: and he died.

(...verses continue recounting the generations of Sheth, Enosh, Qeynan, Mahalal'el, Yered, Chanok, Methushelach, Lemek, and Noach...)

21. And Chanok lived sixty and five years, and begat Methushelach:

22. And Chanok walked with Elohiym after he begat Methushelach three hundred years, and begat sons and daughters:

23. And all the days of Chanok were three hundred sixty and five years:

24. And Chanok walked with Elohiym: and he was not; for Elohiym took him.

32. And Noach was five hundred years old: and Noach begat Shem, Cham, and Yapheth.

๐Ÿ‘️ CHANOK (ENOCH) 1–2 — The Vision of Judgment

1. The word of the blessing of Chanok, how he blessed the elect and righteous, who will be living in the day of tribulation, when all the wicked and unrighteous are to be removed.

2. And he took up his parable and said, "Chanok a righteous man, whose eyes were opened by Elohiym, saw the vision of the Holy One in the heavens, which the angels showed me, and from them I heard everything, and from them I understood as I saw, but not for this generation, but for a distant one which is for to come."

3. Concerning the elect I spoke, and I took up my parable concerning them: "The Holy Great One will come forth from His dwelling, and the eternal Elohiym will tread upon the earth, even on Mount Sinai, and appear from His camp, and appear in the strength of His might from the heaven of heavens."

4. And all shall be smitten with fear, and the Watchers shall tremble, and great fear and trembling shall seize them unto the ends of the earth.

2:1. Behold, He comes with ten thousands of His qodeshiym, to execute judgment upon all, and to destroy all the wicked: and to convict all flesh of all the works of their ungodliness which they have committed in an ungodly manner.

๐Ÿ“œ SUPPORTING READING — IVRIYM (HEBREWS) 11:5–6

5. By faith Chanok was translated that he should not see death; and was not found, because Elohiym had translated him: for before his translation he had this testimony, that he pleased Elohiym.

6. But without faith it is impossible to please Him: for he that comes to Elohiym must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of them that diligently seek Him.

๐ŸŒ… THEME FOR TODAY

"The Walk That Pleases Yahuah"

Chanok (Enoch) didn't just believe in Yahuah — he walked with Him.

In a generation growing increasingly wicked, he chose communion over compromise.

He teaches that righteousness is a daily walk of agreement with Yahuah's truth, even when the world walks the other way.

๐Ÿ“˜ MITZVOTH FOCUS

"Walk with Yahuah in faith and righteousness."

Compare Bereshiyth 5:24 and Devariym 10:12–13.

The mitzvah teaches that walking with Yahuah is not about outward religion, but daily obedience and intimacy — living in constant awareness of His presence.

๐Ÿ“œ SUPPORTIVE READINGS

Prophets: Micah 6:8

"He has shown you, O man, what is good… to do justly, to love mercy, and to walk humbly with your Elohiym."

Psalms: Tehilliym 15

The character of those who abide in Yahuah's tabernacle.

Cepher Additions: Yovheliym 4:15–19

Chanok's ministry of teaching righteousness and recording judgment for future generations.

๐Ÿ™ CLOSING PRAYER & REFLECTION

O Yahuah Elohiym,
You are the One who calls Your servants to walk with You, not just to know about You.

Teach us to live as Chanok lived — pleasing You through faith, purity, and obedience.

Let us not drift with the wicked generation around us,
but walk uprightly in Your presence until the day You take us into Your glory.

May Your Ruach lead every step we take today.

B'shem Yahusha Ha'Mashiach — Amein.
